Accident Prevention


Purpose: To create awareness of potential accidents in your facility and how to best prevent them.

Objectives: By the end of this training module, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize conditions that may cause kitchen accidents.

  • Understand how to prevent injuries from machines and equipment.

  • Identify possible fire hazards and how problems can be prevented.

  • State what to do if there is a fire.
