  • The Nutrition Resource Center (NRC) is a valuable resource for Gordon Food Service Customers. Staffed by registered dietitians and support personnel, the NRC was the first of its kind in the foodservice industry, and continues to be the ultimate source of nutrition and food safety expertise.

  • Need nutrition information on a product? Ingredient statements or allergen information? The NRC has details on all Gordon Food Service brand products. This exhaustive information is maintained by registered dietitians, and is readily available to customers via phone, e-mail, or the GFS Experience web site.

Cycle Menus & Menu Templates

  • Gordon Food Service has pre-written cycle menus available for you to use in your K-12 operation. These menus meet USDA regulations for the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. To view the menus, click here.
